Before The Demon Beat, before Prison Book Club, Tucker Riggleman was rambling around West Virginia towns and dives playing solo shows, singing his own songs. Born from that creative outlet is WV's Bishops, the moniker in which Tucker releases his own material. Bishops' sound is one that is not easy to pin down, borrowing from numerous influences spanning from grunge to garage rock to folk. Bishops is brave enough to traverse musical territories unshaped by simple formulaic songwriting keeping the listener engaged track after track and focused on the honest emotions that the music conveys.
